EA Help says an EA Account is required to play Battlefield 6. Launcher needs depend on how you access the game: Steam players do not need the EA app, while players who bought through the Epic Games Store and EA Play Pro members do. EA also warns that unlinking an account can put purchases, progress or game access at risk. Check which EA Account is linked before attempting to unlink one.
