To progress in Become Someone, build the stats needed for your target character, meet any route prerequisites, then trigger the right interaction at its scheduled place and time. Exact requirements in the available walkthrough are for content through release 0.5, so check the game’s own walkthrough app for conditions that match your build.
How route progression works
Character routes combine several conditions rather than relying on one relationship score. The version 0.5-era user-uploaded walkthrough describes stats, routine activities, prerequisite events, and scenes that become available at particular locations and times.
- Build relevant stats: Activities such as meals, conversations, studying, and training can develop different stats.
- Meet route prerequisites: A later stage may depend on an earlier scene, another character’s route progress, or an item such as a key.
- Trigger the scene: Visit the required place at the specified day or hour once the other conditions are met.
That means a stat increase alone may not unlock the next scene. If an interaction is missing, check the route’s prerequisites and timing as well as its stat requirements.
Choose activities for the route you want
The version 0.5-era guide describes different stat emphases for different characters. These are guide-specific requirements, not independently verified current-build thresholds.

Use the in-game walkthrough to check conditions
The surfaced game interface includes navigation among locations, character indicators, a stat display, and a walkthrough app section with character-specific conditions. When it is available in your build, use it as the first check before following a third-party route schedule.

- Open the in-game walkthrough app and select the character whose route you are pursuing.
- Review the listed stat and event conditions; note any required item or earlier route stage.
- Build the relevant stat through routine activities such as meals, conversations, studying, or training.
- Return to the listed location at the specified day or time and check whether the interaction is available.
Why walkthrough versions should not be mixed
The matching Scribd guide describes coverage through release 0.5. A separate user-uploaded document, Become Someone: Max Relations Guide, is indexed as a build 0.3 walkthrough and uses relationship and skill-point thresholds. Those are different snapshots; combining their requirements can produce a route plan that matches neither version. Check which build a guide covers before treating its numbers, locations, or schedule as applicable.

When a scene does not appear
- Check the time and location: The walkthrough may tie the event to a particular room, place, day, or hour.
- Check prerequisites: Look for an earlier scene, another character’s route stage, or a required key or item.
- Check the stat named for that character: Jade, Kate, and Carrie Lee have different stat emphases in the release 0.5-era guide.
- Check the game build: If the in-game walkthrough conflicts with an older PDF, prefer the conditions shown for your current build.
