A community-edited Fandom page characterizes the path as mobile and focused on continuous damage, but the page is marked as a stub. Treat that as a broad impression rather than verified build advice. In particular, its suggested rotation includes abilities from a different weapon pairing, so do not copy it as a Bellstrike–Splendor rotation without checking the skills in-game.

- Open the current challenge or seasonal objective screen and read the exact wording, including the required weapon, target, and whether the fight must be solo.
- Equip the named weapon or Inner Way before starting the encounter. For a requirement that specifies Sword Morph, confirm that Sword Morph is equipped as the objective describes.
- Complete the stated encounter, then check the challenge screen to confirm progress registered. If it did not, revisit the exact conditions before repeating the fight.
Seasonal objectives can change. If the live interface differs from a guide, follow the in-game text for your current season.
Is Bellstrike–Splendor a good build?
It is a reasonable path to explore if you want a melee DPS setup built around the Nameless Sword and Nameless Spear and enjoy a mobile style of play. The sources available here do not establish a current, patch-specific tier ranking or show that it is best across all modes. Judge it by whether its execution suits you and whether it meets the demands of the activity you are playing.

Where Winds Meet platforms and cost
The Steam listing describes Where Winds Meet as free to play and lists single-player, online PvP, online co-op, and cross-platform multiplayer; store details may change. See the Steam listing for current information. PlayStation’s US PS5 listing also lists the game as free, notes optional in-game purchases and online-play requirements, and describes DualSense vibration and adaptive-trigger support. NetEase’s November 14, 2025 launch announcement said the game launched on Steam, PlayStation 5, Epic Games Store, and the official website with cross-play and cross-progression; check current platform listings for present availability.
A PlayStation DualSense wireless controller is an optional accessory for PS5 players who want to use the listed controller features; it is not required for Bellstrike–Splendor.
