Bellstrike – Umbra is a martial path, not a separate weapon. Its defining pair is Strategic Sword and Heavenquaker Spear. The official [July 23, 2026 Version 2.0 announcement] describes the two martial arts’ damage-over-time synergy; a secondary weapon guide identifies the pair and lists acquisition locations.
How to unlock the two martial arts
A secondary weapon database lists both acquisitions as skill theft. Treat its location descriptions as route leads, not official map directions: track the martial art in-game and use the current objective marker to confirm where to go.

Strategic Sword establishes weapon Bleed; Heavenquaker Spear contributes support and Soul-Shaken. Returning to Strategic Sword lets you exploit the setup. The official [August 7, 2026 Version 2.0 patch notes] say Strategic Sword’s Bleeding and High Bleeding inflict baseline Qi damage, with that Qi damage amplified when the target has Soul-Shaken from Heavenquaker Spear.
Keep weapon Bleed distinct from effects such as Fivefold Bleed’s Weeping Blood; they are not interchangeable status names. Check the target’s status and the actual stack condition before spending a payoff skill. The interaction depends on your skill tier and the relevant follow-up conditions, so it is not a guaranteed damage result on every target.

A short practice combo
This is a practice loop, not a verified maximum-damage rotation. Use the skill names and the prompts shown by your platform; the source material does not establish exact keyboard or controller inputs.
- Build weapon Bleed with Strategic Sword. Use Inner Track Slash’s two-stage sequence or Second Track Slash, following the skill’s in-game conditions.
- Swap to Heavenquaker Spear. Use Sober Sorrow, then apply Soul-Shaken with the charged heavy attack when its conditions are met.
- Return to Strategic Sword for the payoff. Use Inner Balance Strike III when the setup is ready and the target’s status confirms the conditions you intend to exploit.
- Check before extending the loop. Verify the target’s status and your remaining Endurance before adding more attacks or Mystic Skills.
Practice the sword payoff and spear setup separately before combining them. If the expected effect does not appear, check the skill tier, target status, and displayed follow-up conditions rather than assuming the sequence is universal.

Patch changes that affect the rotation
These mechanics are tied to official Version 2.0 notes published in 2026. The [July 23 announcement] increased Heavenquaker Spear’s Soul-Shaken duration from 15 seconds to 18 seconds. For Tier 6 Wolfchaser’s Art, Sober Sorrow began applying a Soul-Shaken stack when it hit any unit, removing the former requirement that the target already be Soul-Shaken. The same note changed Wine Gu’s consecutive-hit condition from five hits within three seconds to three hits; continuing the combo refreshes its duration.
The [August 7 patch notes] also describe a Tier 3 Sword Horizon extension: after the specified High Bleeding trigger on non-player units, the player’s active damage-over-time effects can be extended by 10 seconds, up to a maximum of 16 seconds. These are dated changes, not a promise that every detail remains unchanged after subsequent updates. Check newer official patch notes and the current skill descriptions if your client’s behavior differs.

How to judge whether your combo is working
- Confirm that weapon Bleed is on the target before swapping away from Strategic Sword.
- Check that Soul-Shaken is present before using a sword payoff intended to benefit from it.
- Meet the displayed skill-tier and follow-up conditions; the same named skill can behave differently at another tier.
- Compare attempts against the same target and under the same gear and skill-tier conditions. No cited source establishes a universal best-in-slot rotation or reliable DPS ranking.
The game’s official Steam listing describes Where Winds Meet as free-to-play, with gameplay content free and monetization limited to cosmetics. No physical product or accessory is needed to perform this unlock or practice this combo.
