It is a reasonable list to try, not a proven best deck: the tournament-linked record behind it is just one entry, so it cannot establish a dependable win rate or overall rank.
Representative Celebi ex deck list
This 20-card list is associated with the Ruler of the Skies event period. Dittobase says it was updated September 21, 2026, and attributes its tournament data to Limitless TCG.

How the Celebi ex / Serperior plan works
The central pairing is Celebi ex and Serperior. The list includes Snivy and Serperior as the evolution line, with two Rare Candy to support setting up the evolved Pokémon. Teal Mask Ogerpon ex is a one-copy addition; the available tournament record does not establish that it is essential or that another card is a better replacement.
In its official strategy feature, Pokémon describes a different Celebi ex approach: draw cards with Professor’s Research and Meowth’s Pay Day, establish Serperior, then attack with Celebi ex and Dhelmise. That version should not be conflated with the tournament-linked list above, which contains Teal Mask Ogerpon ex and does not list Meowth or Dhelmise. Read Pokémon’s strategy feature.

Pokémon Meta describes alternatives, but its visible page does not provide full card lists for them. Treat these as archetype ideas, not fully verified deck recommendations.
- Exeggutor tank: A version that uses Exeggutor to absorb damage alongside the Celebi ex strategy.
- Exeggutor / Magnezone tank: A distinct build described as placing Grass Energy on Celebi while charging Magneton’s ability for Magnezone.

What the competitive record actually shows
Dittobase reports one tournament entry across one event for the representative list, with a 3–2–0 record and a displayed 60.00% win rate labeled “low sample.” That is evidence the list appeared in tournament play, not proof that it is the format’s best Celebi deck or that it will win at a similar rate for other players. The cited event period is July 30–August 27, 2026.
Pokémon Meta displays matchup figures, including 30.77% against Charizard ex, but the visible report does not show sample counts or a clear reporting window. Those percentages are not reliable predictions for an individual match or current ladder run.

How to choose a version
The available sources establish several approaches but do not provide enough comparable event data to rank them. When choosing or adjusting a list, focus on the questions that matter for your collection and opponents:

- Does its secondary Pokémon serve mainly as an attacker or as a damage-absorbing tank?
- How much does the plan rely on evolving Serperior?
- Does the version address the decks you actually face on ladder or in your local events?
Use the tournament-linked list as a starting point, then adjust for the cards you own and the opponents you encounter. The available evidence does not establish a universally superior replacement package.
