For a Verdansk setup, treat the LC10 as an accurate, flexible SMG, then tune attachments to the ranges and handling you value. This guide is specific to the 2025 game state, including the September nerf; it is not a claim about Warzone’s live meta in 2026.
What the LC10 is good at
Activision’s May 21, 2025 weapon introduction describes the LC10 as a full-auto SMG with “excellent accuracy and range” and a moderate rate of fire, but average mobility and very slow handling for its class. That profile points toward a controllable, flexible SMG rather than a weapon whose strengths are only point-blank speed. Its slow handling is the tradeoff to account for when choosing attachments.

The LC10 arrived with Warzone Season 04, which began May 29, 2025. It was listed on Battle Pass Page 3, with a blueprint on Page 14. The official weapon entry lists 38 weapon levels, four magazines and a standard magazine size of 34 rounds. These are launch-era unlock and weapon details, not a current live-game availability check.
Why the Verdansk date matters
Verdansk returned to Warzone on April 3, 2025. Activision described the map as approximately 95% rebuilt from the 2020 version, with light adjustments and quality-of-life improvements. The Season 03 overview framed the return around familiar loadouts and perks, but the LC10 did not arrive until Season 04. A 2025 Verdansk guide therefore needs to account for both its later launch and subsequent balance updates.

What changed before the late-2025 build
Season 04 Reloaded: attachment behavior
Raven Software’s July 1, 2025 Season 04 Reloaded notes adjusted several LC10 attachments. Rapid Fire received smaller vertical and horizontal recoil penalties; the Short Barrel gained a larger jump sprint-to-fire benefit; and the Ported Compensator received a stronger vertical-recoil improvement. The Lightweight and Precision Foregrips improved idle sway, while the Ergonomic and CQB Grips improved slide-to-fire and dive-to-fire. The Fast Motion Laser improved hip-fire spread while sliding and jumping, the Target Laser improved aim-walking steadiness, and the Combat Stock improved flinch resistance.
These are individual attachment changes, not proof that any particular combination is strongest. They do, however, identify the kinds of tradeoffs a player can consider: recoil and steadiness, movement transitions, hip-fire, and flinch.

Season 05: damage-range and handling nerf
On September 3, 2025, Raven reduced the LC10’s maximum damage range from 11.9 m to 10.9 m. Its next damage band changed from 11.9–22.3 m to 10.9–20.8 m, moving the minimum-damage band to beyond 20.8 m rather than beyond 22.3 m. The headshot multiplier fell from 1.15x to 1.12x, the arm multiplier from 1x to 0.8x, and the lower-torso and leg multiplier from 0.85x to 0.8x. ADS speed slowed from 195 ms to 210 ms.
Raven said the LC10 would require more precision to reach its optimal time-to-kill and that the adjustment was intended to avoid over-nerfing it. In practical terms, do not rely on launch-era impressions of its range or aim-down-sights speed when considering a late-2025 setup.

How to choose an LC10 setup for Verdansk
Because no official source ranks full attachment builds, the most defensible recommendation is to match the setup to a role rather than label a recipe “the meta.” Use the attachment names and effects shown in the game for the particular 2025 patch you are playing; the official patch notes do not establish a complete five-attachment combination or confirm every attachment’s availability in every later build.
If you want a steadier, more flexible SMG
Prioritize attachments whose documented effects address recoil or steadiness, such as the Ported Compensator or a foregrip. This direction fits players who want to manage the LC10’s accuracy at a little more distance, but it does not restore the damage range removed in September. Compare the handling cost of each chosen part in the Gunsmith before settling on a combination.

If you want faster close-range transitions
Consider the documented movement and readying effects of the Short Barrel and Ergonomic or CQB Grip, or the Fast Motion Laser if you make frequent sliding and jumping hip-fire plays. These choices target movement and transition behavior; the official notes do not show that they outperform recoil-focused choices in measured matches.
Check the build in the intended mode
- Decide whether your priority is steadier fire, close-range movement, or a balance of both.
- Inspect the in-game stat changes for the exact attachments and patch available to you; do not assume a launch-era build remains unchanged.
- Use the LC10 at the engagement distances you actually expect. The September 2025 damage bands make it especially important not to treat it as a substitute for a longer-range weapon.
- If comparing two builds, hold the weapon level, mode, range, target hit locations, platform and input constant. Track an explicit outcome, such as time-to-kill or consistency across repeated engagements, rather than relying on a single favorable fight.
What “best LC10 meta build” can and cannot mean
The official material supports a patch-aware description of the weapon and its changes, but it does not provide comparative test results for complete attachment combinations, win rates or time-to-kill rankings. Calling one setup objectively best would go beyond that evidence. The builds above are role-based theorycraft from documented attachment effects, not a tested ranking.
The scope here is the historical 2025 Verdansk and Warzone context. The official patch index available on October 8, 2026 showed later Warzone seasons, and the LC10’s balance and attachment performance in that live build are not established by the 2025 sources cited here.
