There is no single best loot spot for every ARC Raiders run. Choose based on what you need, where you spawn, how much ARC or player contact you can handle, and which extraction you can reach. Hydroponic Domes suit a materials-focused run; Buried City’s Space Travel Building offers a more access-gated gear target; Blue Gate’s Reinforced Reception is a higher-risk option. Treat these as guide-supported choices, not guaranteed drops or a universal ranking.
How to choose a loot location
Start with the item category, then weigh the danger and cost of reaching it. The available location and farming guides offer useful route leads, but they do not provide controlled comparisons or complete loot tables.
- Loot target: Decide whether you want crafting materials, weapon parts, medical supplies, blueprints, or simply a high volume of containers.
- Threat: Consider ARC presence, player traffic, exposure, and whether the location draws squads into the same area.
- Access: Account for keys, breaching, puzzles, traversal, and any need for teammates to cover you.
- Route: Factor in your spawn, travel time, and whether you can cut the run short if conditions change.
- Extraction: Identify a usable exit and a backup before committing to a valuable or noisy location.
TheArcRaiders.com’s material-farming guide recommends prioritizing high-tier containers, limiting routes to a few dense stops, and extracting promptly from dangerous areas. These are practical guide recommendations, not game rules.

Plan the route and exit before looting
- Set a specific goal. Pick the resource or gear category you want rather than visiting a location solely because it is called “best.”
- Check your starting position and map conditions. Choose a route you can reach without spending too long crossing exposed ground.
- Limit the number of stops. Favor a few high-density areas over a long loop that keeps you in danger after you have useful loot.
- Choose an extraction and backup. Know where you will leave before entering a high-value site; change course if the main exit becomes unsafe.
- Match the route to your group. Solo runs may favor manageable access and shorter exposure. A squad can divide attention between a puzzle or breach and watching approaches.
Raider Caches: useful leads, not fixed guarantees
ArcMaps’ Raider Cache guide describes a fixed set of possible cache points, with only some active in a given raid, and lists likely zones on Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, Buried City, Blue Gate, and Stella Montis. Use its map leads to plan a detour when convenient; do not assume a cache will appear at a named point. The guide’s event and blueprint-quality claims are community reports, not official drop-rate data.

The available guides do not establish complete official loot tables, item probabilities, or verified live map-condition modifiers for each location. No precise drop odds are warranted. Map coverage and route details can also age: Playnews’ July 19, 2026 POI guide covers six maps and says its meta reflects April 2026 patch 1.26.0, while Arc Raiders Guide’s December 26, 2025 map guide covers an older four-map set. Neither should be treated as a complete live ranking for every subsequent update.
