The BGMI codes reported on August 4, 2023 are not verified working codes today, and no official source confirms that they awarded UC. BGMI’s official method is to submit a Character ID, redemption code, and verification code through its redemption page; any reward is sent through in-game mail.
What the August 4, 2023 BGMI code list actually says
TechTimes published a related article on August 4, 2023, with “August 5, 2023” in its headline. It presented one group of general reward codes and a separate group labeled as codes to try for UC. That is a secondary report, not evidence that the codes successfully redeemed or paid out UC. Read the TechTimes report.
No official source reviewed confirms the exact August 2023 code-to-reward mapping, account eligibility, redemption limits, or whether any of those codes still work. Treat them as expired or unverified, not as current free UC codes. “Game hack” is also misleading: the documented process is an official redemption procedure, not a hack or exploit.
How to redeem a BGMI code
- Open the official BGMI redemption page linked from the BGMI Help Center instructions.
- Enter your Character ID, the redemption code, and the verification code shown on the page.
- Submit the details. BGMI Support says that a reward is sent through in-game mail.
These instructions explain how redemption works; they do not validate the old 2023 codes or promise a particular reward. The live redemption page was not accessible during this reporting, so the steps here reflect the official Help Center guidance rather than a tested submission.

Why a code can fail
A failed submission does not establish that a code was ever valid for your account. Dates, eligibility rules, redemption limits, and the claimed reward all matter. The 2023 report does not settle those details for its listed codes, and no official confirmation here establishes that they grant UC.
Check the source and date of any code offer before entering it. Look for an official announcement, a stated expiry date, the named reward, and any account or redemption limits. Avoid treating a reposted list or an unlabeled “free UC” claim as proof of a current offer.

A separate report on a 2026 promotion said it involved 50 codes valid through September 25, 2026. That date has passed as of October 8, 2026, and the promotion is unrelated to the August 2023 list. It does not confirm that the older codes worked or that they awarded UC. See the report on the later promotion.
