This guide separates the original 2025 Bizzy Bees Swarm Event from its substantially rebuilt 2026 version. In the original event, the goal was to catch hourly bee swarms pollinating crops, then turn qualifying harvests into Honey for the Queen Bee’s shop. The later version is described as a permanent, toggleable Honey Garden mode with Honey Plants and Honey Coins. These are different loops, so check which interface is live in your game before following a threshold or currency tip.
How the original 2025 Swarm Event worked
The original Bizzy Bees event revolved around an hourly swarm. Bees flew out from the hive and automatically pollinated plants while the event was active. Pollinated crops were valuable because they fed the event’s Honey-earning loop.
Prepare your garden for the swarm
- Before the swarm, have crops growing so plants are available to be pollinated.
- Be in the game for the hourly event and let the bees reach your garden.
- After crops receive the Pollinated mutation, harvest the qualifying crops.
Turn pollinated crops into event rewards
Submit qualifying harvests to the Honey Converter, also referred to as the Honey Compressor in event guides. The original loop awarded Honey, which you could spend in the Queen Bee’s event shop on seeds, pets, and other event rewards. The 2025 guide describes this loop in its Bizzy Bees Event Guide.
A retrospective comparison reports that the 2025 compressor accepted crops from 10 kg and took about 30 seconds per submission. Those figures are historical, not instructions for the revised event.

What changed in the 2026 Honey Garden version
A specialist 2026 guide describes a different progression loop: grow Honey Plants from event seeds, let bees pollinate them, and submit them to Benjamin’s Honey Compressor to earn Honey Coins. This is not simply the old crop-to-Honey loop with a renamed currency.
Current-version progression
- Honey Plants: Grow event plants and use bee pollination to produce crops for the revised loop.
- Honey Coins: Submit qualifying Honey Plants to Benjamin’s compressor to earn this currency.
- Upgrades and bees: The guide describes an Upgrade Tree, bee eggs, and storage slots as progression features.
- Incubator: The guide also describes using an Incubator to take some honey seeds to the main garden.
The same guide reports that the revised compressor minimum is 30 kg, with a submission taking about 90 seconds. Treat those figures as version-specific and verify them against the live interface; the guide notes that some game data requires checking. Its account of the updated loop is at Grow a Garden Bizzy Bees Event.

How to access the reported current event
A 2026 event reference says Bizzy Bees became a permanent mode and can be accessed by toggling Honey Garden through the Mailbox. It reports hourly swarms lasting 10 minutes. These are changeable in-game details rather than official developer documentation, so use the Mailbox and the live event timer as the authority for your session. The reference is GAGdata’s Bizzy Bees Event Guide.
2025 and 2026 at a glance
| What differs | Original 2025 event | 2026 revised reference |
|---|---|---|
| Currency | Honey | Honey Coins |
| What you submit | Pollinated garden crops | Pollinated event Honey Plants |
| Compressor minimum and time | 10 kg; about 30 seconds, per the 2026 retrospective | 30 kg; about 90 seconds, per the 2026 reference |
| Event access and timing | Hourly swarm | Reported permanent Honey Garden toggle and hourly swarm cadence |
| Progression | Queen Bee shop, seeds, pets, and event rewards | Upgrade Tree, bee eggs and storage slots, and Incubator, as described by the 2026 guide |
What to check before spending time or currency
- Confirm whether your game is showing the original Honey event shop or the Honey Garden and Honey Coins interface.
- Check the current Mailbox toggle and event timer rather than relying on an old hourly schedule.
- Read the active compressor’s minimum weight and processing time before submitting crops; do not apply the 2025 10 kg threshold to the 2026 loop.
- Check the current shop stock and available upgrades in game, since event mechanics and rewards can change.
The community update log lists version 1.08.0, introducing Bizzy Bee Event, on May 31, 2025, followed by version 1.09.0, Bizzier Bees/Friendship Update, on June 7, 2025. Those dates help identify the original event era; the timeline is recorded in the Grow a Garden community update log. The 2026 reference reports a revised launch on May 9, 2026 and a permanent-mode change on June 6, 2026.
