Where to find each Meditation Spot
The Arbor — Forest of Wolves
On the route after the Bullguard encounter and before the Outside the Forest Keeper’s Shrine, look for a small structure overlooking the forest. The spot is near the forest vista. If you have already reached the shrine, turn back along the route and exit the cave to find it, as described by GameSpot and PowerPyx.
The Cavern — Bamboo Grove
Start at the Back Hills Keeper’s Shrine and descend the rocky steps to a fork. Take the left-hand opening into the cave; the Meditation Spot is inside. The horse NPC is also in this cave, which can help confirm you are in the right place. GameSpot and PowerPyx describe this route.

The Cliff — Marsh of White Mist / Black Wind Cave route
After defeating the Whiteclad Noble, continue through the opening toward Black Wind Cave. Look to the left for a wooden platform and a vista; The Cliff Meditation Spot is there. Published guides place it in the Marsh of White Mist area, though the adjacent route may be labeled Black Wind Cave in your map view.
