Does “calls out” mean he made an angry attack?

What the result does—and does not—show
The ceremony’s result is straightforward: Astro Bot received Game of the Year, and Black Myth: Wukong won two other categories. The reported Weibo response shows that Feng Ji was dissatisfied with the top award’s selection criteria, but the available English renderings leave the post’s exact tone open to interpretation. A loss in one category is not the same as leaving the ceremony without awards.
