A fan-made 2D pixel adaptation of Black Myth: Wukong has moved beyond the Chapter 1 demo reported in 2024: a creator-associated Bilibili update dated February 16, 2026, says version 1.0 completed the main story. The original report described the demo as free and available for PC and Android, but current downloads and device compatibility have not been verified.
What the pixel version is—and what it is not
This is a fan-made adaptation, not the official Black Myth: Wukong game. Notebookcheck’s October 3, 2024 report described it as a playable 2D pixel project by 火山哥哥. A Bilibili page dated October 2, 2024, also named 火山哥哥 and 林学学LinkLin as a two-person creative team around the demo. Neither source establishes a formal relationship with the game’s rights holders.
The Bilibili page framed the project as a real playable game, rather than only a visual mock-up. Its page title is not evidence of a spoken statement by the creators.

Can you download and play it on Android or PC now?
The available evidence supports saying that PC and Android were reported platforms for the initial 2024 demo—not that a current version is confirmed to work on either platform. The February 2026 page lists a download link, but a listed link alone does not establish that it still works, what files it provides, or which operating systems and device versions the build supports.
