Black Ops 6 has six round-based Zombies maps, not ten. This guide covers the main quest on each map, then four optional side Easter eggs: Citadelle des Morts’ bartending and chess-piece quests, Terminus’s Mega-Stuffy, and Liberty Falls’ Aetherella. It is a selected guide, not an official ranking or a complete catalog of secrets. Quest steps and rewards can change with updates, so check the live game if an interaction differs from a walkthrough.
What counts as a Black Ops 6 Zombies Easter egg?
Each map has a main quest: its longer, story-focused objective chain. Side Easter eggs are optional secrets that can grant a temporary ability, an ally, in-game resources, or music. Activision’s Black Ops 6 guide index lists six maps: Terminus, Liberty Falls, Citadelle des Morts, The Tomb, Shattered Veil, and Reckoning. The ten entries below therefore count quests and secrets, not maps.

The six main quests
1. Liberty Falls
The main quest follows a route through the town’s Dark Aether story. Broadly, you build the Jet Gun, investigate the church and its SDG generator, craft the LTG, charge Dark Aether canisters, and survive the final encounter. For exact puzzle interactions and the current step order, use a step-by-step Liberty Falls walkthrough.
2. Terminus
Terminus’s quest centers on the island’s containment storyline and Patient 13. Its broad sequence includes crafting the Beamsmasher, advancing Nathan’s story, repairing the network, hacking buoys, defusing bombs, and facing the final boss. The Terminus walkthrough provides the detailed puzzle route.

3. Citadelle des Morts
This quest sends you to find Gabriel Krafft and uncover the Sentinel Artifact story. A specialist Citadelle des Morts guide lists all four Elemental Swords and Incantations among the quest requirements, and says the quest can be completed solo or with a group. Treat that as the guide’s map-specific requirement list; updates may change quest behavior.
4. The Tomb
The Tomb’s main quest is a continuation of the Zombies story, involving the Staff of Ice and a final boss encounter according to the broad quest outline. Activision confirms that The Tomb supports Directed Mode, but its introductory official guide is an orientation guide, not a full walkthrough of every Easter egg step. Blizzard’s Season 2 announcement says the map and its main quest launched on January 28, 2025.
5. Shattered Veil
Shattered Veil’s main quest includes three Ray Gun Mark II variants and a Z-Rex encounter in the broad route overview. The specialist Shattered Veil guide names Aether Shroud and a Combat Axe in its quest requirements. These are guide-specific details and could change with patches.

6. Reckoning
Activision describes Reckoning as the final chapter of Black Ops 6 Zombies. Its official Reckoning guide covers map orientation and Directed Mode; a specialist quest index lists the map’s main quest. Use a current full walkthrough for the complete puzzle sequence.

7. Citadelle des Morts bartending quest
Collect three liquor bottles and serve drinks at the bar. PCGamesN’s side-quest guide reports Essence and a free PHD Flopper as rewards. The exact reward or interaction may vary after updates, so verify it in your current match.
8. Citadelle des Morts chess-piece quest
Find a chess piece, then complete the timed zombie challenge around the chessboard. The same PCGamesN guide describes the resulting transformation as a powerful temporary effect.

9. Terminus Mega-Stuffy
Find six stuffed toys and bring them back to the Living Quarters. The Terminus side-quest walkthrough says the toys combine into Mega-Stuffy, an ally that can revive teammates.
10. Liberty Falls Aetherella
Use the Thrustodyne to collect the hidden Aetherella mini-statues. Completing the secret temporarily turns you into the laser-firing statue, according to the Liberty Falls side-quest guide.

There is no consistent, independently tested difficulty scale in the cited guides, so this is a preference-based starting point rather than an easiest-to-hardest ranking.

How Directed Mode changes the route
Directed Mode gives objective-by-objective guidance and caps rounds while you progress. Activision’s Tomb guide says it guides players between objectives and caps at round 15; the Reckoning guide likewise describes guidance up to a maximum of round 15 until the main quest is complete. This can reduce the pressure of escalating rounds, but the official introductory guides do not spell out every puzzle or side secret. Use a detailed walkthrough when you need exact item locations or puzzle solutions.
Practical preparation for a main quest
As general gameplay advice, open routes toward the quest area, manage Essence and Salvage, and strengthen weapons before demanding encounters. The official Zombies overview explains that Essence and Salvage fund routes and upgrades. Check a current map-specific walkthrough before starting if you want to avoid missing a one-time interaction or arriving at a late fight without the required quest equipment.
Rewards and updates
Reward availability can be time-sensitive. Blizzard’s Season 2 announcement listed the X91 Ice-Pike weapon skin and 5,000 XP for completing The Tomb main quest when it launched on January 28, 2025. Check the live game for current reward availability and any time-limited calling-card rules rather than assuming a launch reward remains obtainable.
