Follow this route through Town Square, Village Ascent, the castle and its interior rooms. The locations and unlock order below are reported by Gameranx and independently cross-checked against Destructoid.
The icons are in the same places each match, and any weapon can hit them. A scoped weapon can make the smaller or more distant targets easier to line up. Shoot each icon to collect its power-up.

For map orientation, Activision’s Citadelle des Morts map guide, dated January 15, 2025, identifies the map’s areas; it does not document this full hidden-pickup route. The detailed locations below come from the independent walkthroughs.
Where are the first seven power-ups?
Collect these seven in any order. The numbered route moves from the Town Square into the surrounding paths and then through the castle.

Insta-Kill — Town Square
At the north end of Town Square, take the stairs outside the Tavern basement. Look up toward the scaffolding above the cave-slide sewer tunnel. The small skull is on a corner of the scaffolding.

Max Ammo — Village Ascent
Take the eastern path out of Town Square and check the buildings along the area’s east edge. Look for the icon on a windowsill above the fuse box used for the Lightning Sword (Durendal) step. It is also described as a small window above the underpassage near Speed Cola.

Nuke — western Nature Path/Hilltop
From the west side of Town Square, scan the castle’s exterior wall near the corner where it joins the rest of the castle. The icon is on the wall near the Deadshot Daiquiri/Hilltop area and can be difficult to spot.

Max Armor — Entrance Hall
In the castle’s Entrance Hall, aim high at the roof rafters. The armor plate icon is above the floor near the stairs and Dragon statue.

Look above the doorway between the Dining Hall and Entrance Hall. The icon rests on broken roof debris.

Bonus Points — Undercroft
Find the red couch beside the door leading toward the Pack-a-Punch room. Shoot the icon behind the couch.

Double Points — Alchemical Lab
After activating Pack-a-Punch and opening the Alchemical Lab, between the Sitting Room and Dining Hall, look through the zombie spawn window on the north wall. The icon is on a shelf at the back.
How do you unlock the Fire Sale?
After shooting and collecting all seven initial pickups, go to the wishing well in Village Ascent near Speed Cola. Look down into the well: the Fire Sale icon is against the inside wall. Shoot it to collect the final power-up.
The eight locations and trigger sequence are guide-reported. The cited walkthroughs date from December 2024, and the sources do not establish whether a later game patch changed the behavior.
