The Terminus Meteor Easter Egg in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 requires all three AMP Generators, a weapon fitted with Dead Wire, two distant radio towers, and the Void Cannon. Activate both towers, advance a round, then fire the cannon to send a meteor crashing onto Castle Rock Island. The available guide confirms this meteor sequence; it does not establish a separate UFO Easter Egg.
What you need before starting
- Turn on all three AMP Generators to restore power across Terminus.
- Equip the Dead Wire Ammo Mod on a weapon that can hit distant targets. You will need to shoot electrical points on two towers outside the map.
How to trigger the Terminus meteor
- Activate the first radio tower. Find the tower on the roof behind the Interrogation Rooms, near Quick Revive. It can be seen from the Storage Area or Rec Yard. Shoot its sparking electrical point.
- Activate the second radio tower. Go to the roof of the Engineering building on the prison’s east side and shoot its sparking electrical point. You can activate the towers in either order. Do both promptly: a tower can power down, in which case you must shoot it again. A red light at the top indicates that a tower is active.
- Advance to the next round. Once the lights at both tower tops are red, progress one round.
- Fire the Void Cannon. Use the cannon on the Gun Platform between Sea Tower and Mess Hall. The shot triggers an explosion in the sky and sends the meteor crashing onto Castle Rock Island, the small area at the east end of the sea.
The walkthrough does not give a fixed round number or a specific time limit for activating the towers. Its practical timing advice is to complete the two activations quickly so neither tower powers down. What the meteor can drop
The crash site drops Salvage and every Ammo Mod, letting you pick up those upgrades without charge during that run. It may also drop a Wonder Weapon: the guide names the Ray Gun and Beamsmasher as possible examples, not guaranteed rewards.
Is this also a UFO Easter Egg?
The documented steps trigger a meteor crash on Castle Rock Island. The reviewed guide and Activision’s general overview of Black Ops 6 Zombies and Terminus do not identify this sequence as a UFO Easter Egg or confirm a separate UFO sequence. If you are searching for a UFO-specific event, these meteor instructions do not verify it.
