The new Bleach console game is BLEACH Rebirth of Souls, and it has already launched. Bandai Namco released it on March 21, 2025, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
What is the new Bleach console game?
BLEACH Rebirth of Souls is a one-on-one action game based on the anime, with an original story created by series creator Tite Kubo. Bandai Namco announced it at the Bandai Namco Summer Showcase at Anime Expo on July 6, 2024, then released it on March 21, 2025. The publisher’s launch announcement describes a roster of more than 30 playable characters, each with distinct abilities, spiritual power, Awakened states and signature attacks such as Bankai.

What does the game include?
Story Mode
Story Mode follows Ichigo from the Substitute Soul Reaper Arc through his battle with Sosuke Aizen in the Arrancar Arc. The game’s premise centers on one-on-one fights in which character abilities and signature moves can change the course of a battle.

Other modes and multiplayer

Which editions are available?
Bandai Namco’s launch notice lists Standard, Digital Deluxe and Digital Ultimate editions. The two upgraded editions include a season pass for four additional playable characters and other digital items; Ultimate also adds costume sets and additional Soul Crystal sets.

No. BLEACH Mirrors High is a separate smartphone-game project that Bandai Namco announced in December 2025 for the App Store and Google Play. It is not the console game discussed here; BLEACH Rebirth of Souls is the title that launched on consoles and PC in March 2025. Bandai Namco’s Mirrors High announcement identifies it as a distinct project.
