The game’s Steam listing provides PC requirements, but no NetEase-authored crash-fix sequence was located; the troubleshooting steps below are general PC-game diagnostics, not fixes verified specifically for Blood Strike. No step is guaranteed to resolve a particular crash.
1. Restart your PC and try once more
Restart Windows, then launch Blood Strike again. A restart clears temporary processes and memory use, making it a quick first diagnostic. Riot recommends restarting as a general crash-troubleshooting step; that guidance is not specific to Blood Strike. Riot’s general crash guide
2. Check your PC against Blood Strike’s published requirements

These are the Steam listing’s published specifications, not a guarantee of stable performance. If your PC is below the minimum, note which components fall short; if it meets or exceeds the list, continue troubleshooting rather than assuming hardware is the cause.

3. Install available Windows updates
Check Windows Update for available updates, install them, and restart if Windows prompts you to. Keeping Windows current is recommended in general PC-game crash guidance from Riot and graphics troubleshooting guidance from EA. Those sources do not identify a particular Windows update as a known Blood Strike fix or cause.
4. Update your graphics driver
Check for a current driver from the maker of your graphics hardware—NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel—and install the version appropriate for your GPU and Windows installation. EA and Riot both include graphics-driver checks in general troubleshooting guidance. Because the right driver depends on your specific hardware, there is no single version to recommend here.

5. Lower graphics settings if you can open the game
If Blood Strike reaches its settings menu and your PC is close to the minimum specifications, lower graphics settings and test again. EA recommends reducing settings on systems near minimum requirements. Menu access and setting names can vary, so use the options available in your installation rather than relying on an assumed Blood Strike menu path. On a laptop with both integrated and discrete graphics, EA also notes that the game may need to use the discrete GPU.
6. Close background apps for a diagnostic run
Close nonessential apps and try launching the game again. If the crash stops, that suggests a background-process conflict may be worth investigating; it does not identify which app caused it. Riot recommends a clean boot as a way to test for background-process conflicts. No particular overlay, antivirus, anti-cheat tool, or other app has been verified here as a Blood Strike crash cause. 7. Record what happens before reinstalling or asking for help
Useful details can help support assess a PC issue. EA describes DxDiag as a way to gather system information, and Riot advises attaching logs when contacting support. No Blood Strike-specific log location was verified, so do not assume another game’s log path applies.
- Write down whether the crash occurs at launch, while loading, or during a match.
- Copy the exact error message, if one appears, and note when the crash occurs.
- Record your PC specifications and whether the problem began after an update.
- If support requests system information, use DxDiag to gather it; attach any relevant logs you can locate without assuming a Blood Strike-specific folder.

Include the diagnostics you gathered and say whether the crash happens at launch, during loading, or in a match. The listing provides the contact address but does not state a response-time guarantee.
