Is there a Bloodborne PS5 upgrade?
The official PlayStation listing reviewed here confirms PS5 compatibility for the PS4 game but does not describe a separate PS5 edition or an upgrade entitlement. Treat compatibility and an upgrade as different things: being able to play a PS4 copy on PS5 does not, by itself, establish that the game has a PS5-specific version or upgrade. PlayStation also cautions that some PS4 features may be absent on PS5. PlayStation compatibility notice

Can you buy a physical PS4 copy?
A PS4 Blu-ray copy is a documented format, although current stock, condition, edition, and regional availability depend on the specific retailer listing. Sony’s 2015 sales announcement explicitly counted estimated Blu-ray Disc sell-through as well as PlayStation Store downloads in its sales figure. If choosing a disc for PS5 play, use a PS5 model with a disc drive; the PlayStation compatibility notice itself does not promise that a disc includes an upgrade. Sony’s 2015 sales announcement
