To complete Bartilo’s Colosseum Quest in Blox Fruits, reach level 850, take Bartilo’s assignments at the Second Sea Café, defeat 50 Swan Pirates and Jeremy, then press the buttons beneath the Colosseum in this order: Y, ∞, C, S, M, F, N, B. You run into each button; you do not type the code in chat. Completing the quest is tied to the Warrior Helmet and unlocks that matter for Race V2 progression and the later route to the Third Sea.
Before you start
Reach level 850, then find Bartilo at the Café in the Second Sea. The community quest guide says the quest will not start if you speak with him below that level. The walkthrough below follows the sequence in the community guide, which was marked updated September 24, 2026; game updates may change details.
Complete Bartilo’s quest in order
1. Defeat 50 Swan Pirates
Accept Bartilo’s first assignment and defeat 50 Swan Pirates, then return to him. The community guide lists a reward of 50,000 in-game currency and 35,000,000 EXP for this stage; these are guide-reported game figures, not independently verified official statistics.
The same guide reports that Swan Pirate progress does not persist if you leave. To avoid having to repeat this stage, finish the count before exiting; this behavior is wiki-reported, not officially confirmed.

2. Defeat Jeremy
After you report back, Bartilo assigns Jeremy. The guide places him on a mountain near the Swan Pirates area. Defeat Jeremy and return to Bartilo.
3. Rescue the Gladiators
Speak with Bartilo again after defeating Jeremy. Head to the room beneath the Colosseum in the Kingdom of Rose and solve the wall-button puzzle to reach the imprisoned Gladiators. The community guide says progress on this later trial stage persists, unlike the Swan Pirate count.

Colosseum puzzle code
Press the wall buttons in this order: Y, ∞, C, S, M, F, N, B. Run into each button to activate it; the sequence is not a chat command. Guides say a written version of the sequence can be found on a table in Don Swan’s Mansion.
Rewards and what the quest unlocks
Community guides associate completion with the Warrior Helmet and access to King Red Head. The Bartilo guide also identifies the quest as a prerequisite for accessing the Alchemist and progressing toward Race V2. A Third Sea access guide lists the Colosseum Quest as a requirement before continuing its later questline.
