Where does the Fuse grenade drop?
The relevant farming target is Driller Hole. Mobalytics lists Artillery Fuse among the boss’s drops and places the arena in Queen’s Cradle, in the Tonnage Peel area of Carcadia Burn, southwest on the region map. Access to the encounter is gated by the Unpaid Tab main mission.

How to farm the Fuse grenade
- Complete Unpaid Tab. This unlocks access to Driller Hole’s encounter.
- Return to Driller Hole’s arena. The boss is in Queen’s Cradle, Tonnage Peel, Carcadia Burn.
- Use the nearby Encore Machine. It resets the fight so you can challenge Driller Hole again.
- Defeat Driller Hole and check the drops. Repeat the reset-and-fight cycle as needed.
The guides do not establish a drop probability, so there is no verified number of runs or expected time to acquire the grenade.
What is not confirmed about Fortified Position?
The October 2025 Mobalytics guides agree on the fuse timer and identify the boss farming route, but they do not provide a complete list of the effect’s behavior. A September 25, 2025 Nerd’s Chalk article predates those guides and described the effect as unknown at the time; its numerical claims about damage, radius, shields, and reduction are not corroborated by the later guides. A Reddit discussion describes the grenade bouncing and firing bullets and artillery, but that is a player account rather than an established item description.
