Where to farm Undead Eye
The named farm is Vile Lictor, the boss in the Umbral Foundry at Windspear in the Terminus Range. The item guide names The Nightcap Safehouse as the nearest fast-travel point and recommends defeating Vile Lictor repeatedly until Undead Eye drops. See the item guide.

Does Ultimate Vault Hunter level affect the farm?
Borderlands Support’s January 29, 2026 patch notes state that Ultimate Vault Hunter (UVH) levels increase dedicated loot drop levels. The same notes say the Respawn station outside Umbral Foundry was changed to a Fast Travel station to make reaching the entrance easier. These notes provide useful context for access and dedicated loot, but do not identify an Undead Eye-specific drop rate or establish which UVH level is most efficient. That schedule was time-limited and does not establish that the Encore is currently active.
