Ironwall Resolve is in the Terminus District of Dominion, and Directive-0 waits inside.
Unlock the Locust canisters first
Progress the main story until Dominion is accessible, then look for One Gassy Issue at Lakeside Properties and speak with Beth to start it. Complete the mission to activate Locust canisters around Dominion.

The guides describe two separate progression checks: Game8 says Dominion becomes accessible after The Falling Wall, while Gamepressure places the availability of One Gassy Issue after Means of Ascent. These are not necessarily the same gate; use your quest log and map to see when the region and side mission become available.
Find the Ironwall Resolve dispenser and open the door
- Travel to Ironwall Resolve. It is in the Terminus District of Dominion. Game8 identifies Frantic Scrawl as the nearest Fast Travel station and Sumpview Falls and The Food Court as nearby safehouses.
- Locate the dispenser. From the bunker entrance, head west and downstairs toward the plaza, then check the junk pile for a Locust canister dispenser. Other guides describe a trash pile near a building with a neon “Club” sign; treat that sign as a landmark, not a guaranteed unique marker.
- Take a canister to the armored entrance. Return to the bunker door and throw the canister at its plating to clear the entrance.
If the dispenser is inactive, check that you have completed One Gassy Issue. One guide reports that the canister has a fuse of about 15 seconds, but that timing is not consistently confirmed, so collect it and return to the door promptly.

What to expect inside
Directive-0 is the boss at the end of the bunker. Game8 reports shock and corrosive as effective elements against it: shock addresses shields, while corrosive is useful against armor.
Game8 also lists Whiskey Foxtrot, Bonnie and Clyde, and Rowan’s Charge among possible drops; these are possibilities, not guaranteed rewards. After the fight, the boss can be challenged again by paying cash at Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine near the arena.
