Borderlands 4: Immortal Boneface Location and How to Start the Fight

Immortal Boneface is at The Old Scrape, a Ripper Drill Site in Cuspid Climb, Terminus Range, on Kairos. Look for the metal drawbridge framed by giant skeletal remains, then clear the Ripper nest to trigger the paired fight with Boneface and Saddleback.

Where to find Immortal Boneface

1. Travel to Cuspid Climb in the Terminus Range.
2. Head south toward The Old Scrape, near the border with the Fadefields. The site is also described as being near the Reliquary silo; see PC Gamer’s Ultimate Vault Hunter 4 guide.
3. At the arena entrance, find the metal drawbridge set among giant skeletal remains.
4. Clear the Ripper nest at the site to start the encounter.

How the Boneface encounter works

Immortal Boneface arrives mounted on Saddleback, making this a paired boss encounter. The guide’s recommended order is to defeat Saddleback first: it reports that Boneface is effectively untouchable while mounted or while Saddleback remains alive.

Recommended damage elements

• Saddleback: The guide recommends Corrosive or Cryo against its armor, followed by Incendiary damage against its flesh.
• Immortal Boneface: Use Shock against the shield and Incendiary against flesh, according to the same guide.

How to retry the fight and possible drops

The guide reports that Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine near the arena entrance can restart the encounter after a kill. It also names three possible dedicated drops shared by the duo:

• Hellwalker — shotgun
• Lucian’s Flank — assault rifle
• War Paint — Repkit
