Bradley the Badger is an action-adventure game developed by Day 4 Night Studios and published by Focus Entertainment Publishing. The official description centers on Bradley, an iconic platform-game mascot who gets lost in unfamiliar worlds that appear unfinished and sets out to save his home. That framing is a long way from the noir-detective story sometimes attached to the title. The announced game is about an adventure through unfinished game worlds, not a detective named Bradley investigating a supernatural conspiracy.
Is it a Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Bloodborne crossover?
No. The headline comparison is a curiosity hook, not evidence of licensed characters, a shared universe, or a crossover. Official descriptions reviewed do not identify Roger Rabbit, Bloodborne characters, or a connection to either property. Focus mentions references to video-game genres, but that does not establish a direct adaptation or crossover.

An exact-title article on GeekChamp describes a noir detective, Toonhollow, the Underrealm, a Blood Curse, and a secret cult. Those details are not supported by the official descriptions from Focus Entertainment or Day 4 Night Studios, so they should not be treated as the game’s canon. The documented premise instead concerns a mascot, unfinished worlds, and creative tools.
What does Bradley do in the game?
Focus describes the game as combining exploration, traversal, and freeform puzzles. Its distinctive announced tool is the Kit, which lets Bradley modify unfinished assets in the world. The studio’s official site names several ways he can use it:

Day 4 Night Studios is developing Bradley the Badger; Focus Entertainment Publishing announced its publishing partnership on 10 June 2026. The publisher currently lists the release date as TBA. Check the publisher’s game page for its current listing.

The original reveal release, dated 11 December 2025, said the game was planned for PC via Steam while the team explored additional platforms and consoles. That was the plan announced at reveal, not confirmation of a later console release. The announcement also said Evan Peters performs Bradley in voice-over and live-action sequences. Day 4 Night Studios’ reveal announcement contains those original details.
What the comparison gets right—and what it does not
The comparison can convey that the title may feel like an unusual mix of familiar game and animation references. But it should not be read literally. The confirmed points of comparison are limited:
