Check that this is the right Level 143
This walkthrough applies to Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles when the on-screen prompt says “Timmy needs to eat healthy.” Level numbering differs across games in the series: for example, Level 143 in Brain Test 4 is described as “Tap on the red buttons,” while a Brain Test 3 guide gives “Loki must capture Dracula to get the Gems.” Compare your prompt, not just the level number, before trying the solution. LevelClue’s guide says it checked the order on 2026-09-30 and advises matching the displayed question and screenshot if your level differs.

How to solve the Timmy puzzle
- Confirm the prompt says “Timmy needs to eat healthy.”
- Drag the broccoli toward Timmy’s mouth.
- Release the broccoli while his mouth is open. Two walkthroughs describe this timed action as the solution. Brain Test Games’ Level 143 guide also advises checking that you are playing the matching edition.
If Timmy does not open his mouth
An older walkthrough, published by BrainGameTips on 2020-06-23, adds a possible setup: hold the hamburger to make Timmy open his mouth, then move the broccoli with another finger. Newer text walkthroughs describe releasing the broccoli at the right moment but do not include this hamburger step, so try it as an alternative if the basic timing does not work. - Re-read the exact prompt; if it does not mention Timmy and healthy eating, this solution is for another Level 143.
- Try releasing the broccoli only when Timmy’s mouth is open, rather than simply dragging it onto his face.
- If that timing is not enough, use the hamburger to prompt him to open his mouth, then try the broccoli with a second finger.
The walkthroughs describe the level completing when the broccoli reaches Timmy’s open mouth. They are secondary guides, not official developer documentation, and do not establish identical behavior for every app release or device.
