A November 3, 2023 report by PiunikaWeb described a hidden route from a camera icon on the game’s starting menu. The interaction led to a surveillance room filled with park camera feeds and a logbook naming the guard “Rik.” From there, players could view the park and trigger a video the report called the Starr Park Investor Video.
This is a historical description, not a verified set of current instructions: the report does not establish whether the interaction still works, or whether its availability varies by game version or region.
What does the Investor Video suggest?
PiunikaWeb reads the video as implying that Brawlers are controlled through phones used by children and trapped in a reality they cannot leave. That interpretation makes the camera room feel less like a harmless park attraction and more like evidence of surveillance and manipulation.

In its September 2020 account of the campaign, Wieden+Kennedy said Supercell’s assignment was to reveal that Brawl Stars was set in a theme park. The agency described an elaborate origin story meant for the community to piece together, using a found-footage film, a hidden in-game game and blinking pixels that decoded as Morse code and led to an unlisted radio station. It also said the campaign deliberately mixed information with misinformation.

That approach invites theories without guaranteeing that each unsettling clue has one definitive explanation. Director Steve Rogers likewise described the film as an uncanny retro corporate video, imagined as if discovered from a company that no longer exists. He said easter eggs nodded to Brawl Stars characters and that nearly every set, prop and costume was designed for players to scrutinize. Those remarks establish deliberate ambiguity and detail—not confirmation of a particular plot theory.
A later CCTV experience added to the setting
Antfood describes a separate six-week CCTV scavenger hunt for Brawl Stars’ fifth anniversary, set in a simulation of Starr Park in 1995. Its security room changed weekly, voicemails traced the park’s descent into chaos, and the Starr Park theme song appeared as an easter egg. This adds atmosphere and context to the park’s lore, but does not verify that the specific camera-menu interaction reported in 2023 remains accessible.
