If Brawl Stars stops loading at 75% or 92%, the percentage alone does not identify the cause. Supercell’s published support material does not map either number to a specific account, device, server, or connection fault, and it does not promise a percentage-specific fix. Start with low-risk checks, then use Supercell’s current guidance before reinstalling or changing app data.
What a 75% or 92% stall tells you
It tells you that loading has stopped at that point; it does not tell you why. The official sources reviewed do not define a 75% or 92% error code or offer a guaranteed fix for either percentage. The problem could involve device compatibility, a connection or service issue, or a persistent loading problem that needs support. You cannot distinguish those causes from the displayed number alone.
Supercell’s Brawl Stars troubleshooting directory links to guidance for unstable connections, reinstalling, crashes, and contacting support. Check its current instructions as you troubleshoot, since support guidance can change.
Try these checks in order
1. Check device compatibility
Supercell’s crash-help article lists these minimum specifications on the support page accessed for this article. They are compatibility guidance, not a guarantee that a device meeting them will load the game successfully.

These figures come from Supercell’s crash requirements article, which also warns that meeting the listed specifications may not be enough for smooth gameplay. The iOS threshold is not the older iOS 11 threshold: Supercell’s October 17, 2022 notice described ending support below iOS 11 and Android 7.0. For current troubleshooting, use the more recently surfaced crash-help page’s iOS 14 requirement.
2. Check for an app update
Look for a Brawl Stars update in your device’s app store and install it if one is available. This is a sensible, low-risk check, but Supercell’s guidance does not identify an update as a guaranteed fix for loading at 75% or 92%.

3. Try another reliable network
If possible, switch between your usual Wi-Fi and mobile data, or try another stable network. If loading behavior changes, that is useful diagnostic information—not proof that the percentage itself indicates a connection fault. Supercell’s support directory includes unstable-connection guidance; consult it for current steps.
4. Read the current instructions before reinstalling
Supercell’s troubleshooting directory includes reinstall instructions. Follow those instructions and any current account-safety guidance before removing the app or clearing its data. The sources linked here do not establish that local progress or account recovery is guaranteed in every situation, so do not assume that deleting data is harmless.

When to contact Supercell support
If the game still stops loading after the basic checks, use the contact route in Supercell’s Brawl Stars support directory or its support landing page. Give support enough detail to investigate rather than repeatedly trying unverified account or data workarounds.
A useful report can include:
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- The Brawl Stars version installed, if you can find it.
- Whether the game stops at 75%, 92%, or a different point.
- When the issue began and whether anything changed around that time.
- The networks you tried and whether switching networks changed the result.
- Any relevant crash or error message.
What Supercell has said about loading problems
Supercell’s July 10, 2026 engineering article describes work to improve loading time, as well as crashes and stalls associated with changes to the loading process. The team said parallel loading introduced race-condition-related crashes and stalls, which it monitored and fixed after release. That account shows loading behavior can involve game-side engineering; it does not establish that the same issue explains a particular player’s current 75% or 92% stall.

In that article, Supercell reported reducing loading time on older Android devices from around 35 seconds to roughly five or six seconds, and on newer iOS devices from around seven seconds to about two and a half seconds. It said the loading work took around four months. These are figures from the team’s engineering account, not a current benchmark promise for every device or a measure of how often players get stuck.
Why forum fixes are not proof
Reddit posts use phrases such as “stuck at 92%” and “92% bug fix,” including a report about the 92% bug and a post claiming a fix. These are individual reports, not authoritative or reproducible troubleshooting guidance. The accounts do not establish a universal cause, and a remedy that appears to help one player should not be treated as a confirmed fix for everyone.
