The tracker also marks numerous older issues as addressed. Its list is a dated snapshot, so check Activision’s current Known Issues page for status changes.
Currently tracked Black Ops 6 issues
Activision describes its page as “a running list of issues that have been identified or reported in Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 and are either under investigation or scheduled to be fixed.” The July 10, 2026 snapshot lists the following issues. Being listed does not mean every player is affected or that a cause has been confirmed.

Some console players cannot access private Multiplayer or solo Zombies offline
Some players trying to play private Multiplayer matches or solo Zombies without an online subscription may be prompted to buy a platform subscription, told they do not own the game, or told the game is unavailable offline. Activision’s tracker does not say this affects all console players or provide a universal fix.
PC Game Pass displays “NOT AVAILABLE”
Some PC Game Pass players see the message “NOT AVAILABLE. Purchase Black Ops 6 to have access to everything.” Activision advises checking Microsoft Store device management to confirm the device limit has not been exceeded. If the device count is below the limit and the message persists, contact Activision Support.
#1 Best Overall
- Developed by Treyarch and Raven, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a spy action thriller set in the early 90s, a period of transition and upheaval in global politics, characterized by the end of the Cold War and the rise of the United States as a single superpower.
- This is signature Black Ops across a cinematic single-player Campaign, a best-in-class Multiplayer experience, and the epic return of Round-Based Zombies.
- The Black Ops 6 Campaign provides dynamic moment-to-moment gameplay that includes a variety of play spaces with blockbuster set pieces and action-packed moments, high-stakes heists, and cloak-and-dagger spy activity.
- In a best-in-class Multiplayer experience, players will test their skills across 16 new maps at launch, including 12 core 6v6 maps and 4 Strike maps that can be played 2v2 or 6v6.
- Black Ops 6 also marks the epic return of Round-Based Zombies, the fan-favorite mode where players will take down hordes of the undead in two brand-new maps at launch. Post-launch, players can look forward to even more exciting maps and groundbreaking experiences dropping into both Multiplayer and Zombies.
Selected weapons in a loadout change to defaults
On all platforms, a selected Primary or Secondary weapon may reset to a default weapon such as the XM4. Activision reports that some players have worked around the problem by deleting and rebuilding the affected loadout; this is not a guaranteed fix.
If the loadout used a Melee Weapon blueprint, Activision also suggests re-equipping that blueprint or replacing it with a base Melee Weapon, then deleting and rebuilding the loadout.

Issues Activision marks as addressed
The tracker’s “Resolved Issues” section marks the following issue groups as addressed. It does not give an individual resolution date or patch number for each item. “Addressed” is Activision’s status wording; it does not establish that every player on every platform or version is unaffected.
