No verified Fortnite XP map is shown to take an account to level 100 in minutes. Epic says playing islands can award XP, but that does not establish a specific map, a current payout rate, or a guaranteed time to reach level 100. Treat “level 100 in minutes” claims as unverified, and check an island’s current details in Fortnite rather than relying on an old code or a social-media promise.
Do Fortnite XP maps still work?
Island play can award Battle Pass XP. In an April 21, 2023 announcement, Epic said players could earn XP from playing islands, including islands made with Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN). Epic described UEFN XP at that time as based on time played, with rewards granted to accounts hourly. That announcement confirms island XP was available, but it does not verify every current island’s payout or the exact mechanics in use today. Epic’s island XP announcement

An hourly account grant can also mean XP does not appear immediately while you play. Do not assume that a progress display or a creator’s claimed rate predicts when or how much XP will be credited.
Can an XP map get you to level 100 in minutes?
The available official sources do not substantiate that claim. They provide no named island, measured completion time, current XP rate, or evidence that any map reliably raises an account to level 100 in minutes. A map may award XP without delivering the extraordinary result its promotion promises.

Epic has explained that accolade calibration is intended to ensure islands award the correct amount of Battle Pass XP. That process, along with island-specific settings, is a reason not to assume every map pays the same amount. Epic’s explanation appeared in its November 16, 2021 Creative v18.40 update; it is useful context, not a guarantee of present-day payouts.
How to check an island before playing
- Open Fortnite’s Discover experience. Find the island in the game rather than trusting an old island code copied from a post or video.
- Check its current listing and gameplay description. Confirm that the island is available and decide whether its described activity is what you want to play. A listing or promotional claim is not proof of a particular XP result.
- Judge XP by what the game actually awards. XP availability and amounts can vary by island and may change. Do not treat a claimed level count or completion time as guaranteed.
Discover placement is not guaranteed simply because an island has been submitted. Epic says surfacing is driven primarily by player engagement; see its Discover submission guidance. An island’s presence, visibility, or popularity should not be confused with proof of a fast XP payout.

Why to be cautious about “XP glitch” promises
Epic’s Island Creator Rules prohibit promoting exploits and misleading players about XP gains, and restrict XP wording and claims in island metadata and promotional material. The rules were updated August 5, 2025, and the live version is the authority for creators: Fortnite Island Creator Rules. This does not prove that every questionable social post is an exploit, but it is a reason to be skeptical of guarantees that imply a loophole or effortless level jump.
