Yes—but YouTube schedules individual videos, not playlists as a unit. Switch to the channel you want to publish from, schedule each video in that channel’s YouTube Studio, and manage that channel’s playlist separately. Repeat for each channel. For creators in India, check the scheduled time zone and the date viewers will see: YouTube says the watch-page date is based on Pacific Standard Time (PST), so it can differ from the date shown in Studio.
Schedule videos and manage playlists separately
A playlist organizes videos; scheduling controls when an individual private video becomes public. YouTube’s instructions describe these as separate tasks, not a way to schedule an entire playlist to publish at once. You can still schedule videos on multiple channels and organize them into playlists on each channel.
How to schedule videos across multiple channels
- Switch to the channel that should publish. In YouTube or YouTube Studio, select the intended channel, then confirm its name and icon before making changes. Only one channel can be active at a time. YouTube says one Google Account can manage up to 100 channels. YouTube Help: Switch between channels on a Google Account.
- Schedule a video in that channel’s Studio. Select or create the video, choose Schedule, set the date, time, and time zone, then schedule it. Scheduled publishing makes a private video public at the selected time. See YouTube Help: Schedule video publish time.
- Manage the channel’s playlist. In the same channel context, create or select a playlist, choose its visibility, and add or arrange its videos. Follow YouTube Help: Manage playlists in YouTube Studio.
- Repeat for the next channel. Switch channels, verify the active channel identity, and repeat the video-scheduling and playlist steps. Keep the two tasks distinct: scheduling a video does not schedule the playlist itself.
Check time zones and displayed dates in India
When scheduling, YouTube asks you to choose a date, time, and time zone. Its help page says the date shown on the watch page is based on PST; when the selected time zone is ahead of PST, the watch-page date may differ from the date shown in Studio. Before scheduling near midnight or a date boundary in India, check both the intended publication time and the date viewers may see. The cited guidance does not describe a separate India-specific scheduling process.
Ordinary playlists versus series playlists
The series-playlist feature has additional rules: the account must be verified, and a video cannot appear in more than one series playlist. These restrictions apply to series playlists, not to ordinary playlists. See YouTube Help: Series playlists.
