No verified $8 offer is established by the available reporting. The closest match is a past U.S. PlayStation Store promotion for Batman: Arkham Collection: ComicBook.com reported it at $6, down from a stated $60, through January 22, 2026. That sale has ended, so the report is not evidence of a price available now.
What the reported PlayStation deal was
ComicBook.com reported on January 11, 2026, that Batman: Arkham Collection was discounted by 90% on the U.S. PlayStation Store: $6 instead of a stated $60, a $54 reduction. The report gave January 22, 2026, as the promotion’s end date and said the offer covered PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5, and PS5 Pro users. These are details of that historical promotion, not current or universal regional pricing. Read the ComicBook.com report.

#1 Best Overall
- Become Gotham City’s ultimate protector across the iconic Batman: Arkham Trilogy.
- Experience Rocksteady Studios’ critically acclaimed gameplay and AAA original storytelling across all 3 games, PLUS all DLC, in one complete package.
- Some features may require an internet connection and an online subscription.
- Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009)
- Batman: Arkham City (2011)
- Batman: Arkham Knight (2015)
Arkham Origins is not included
Batman: Arkham Origins is not part of the collection. ComicBook.com describes it as a prequel developed by WB Games Montreal rather than Rocksteady, so the bundle is not a complete package of every game in the Arkham series.
Is it a remaster or a modernized edition?
No. The report says the collection is not a remaster and does not include upgrades intended to make the games feel like modern releases. That distinction matters if you are choosing between a bundle of the original releases and an edition specifically advertised with graphical or technical enhancements.
Rank #2
- The story, characters, voice acting, gameplay, and music that made the original a sensation return, remade for modern consoles
- This evolutionary leap breathes new life into every cutscene, and rebuilds every corner of the world
- Incredible new graphics bring the wild growth of the jungles, forests, and swamps to life in exquisite detail
- Characters are rendered in fine detail so that facial wrinkles, pores, & separate eye & iris movements are visible, allowing for rich animations
- Any injuries to his actual body will leave their mark permanently, telling a story of each player's unique journey
What to check before purchasing
- Price and storefront: Confirm the live PlayStation Store price for your account’s region. The $6 figure was reported for a U.S. promotion that ended January 22, 2026.
- Bundle contents: Make sure the listing is for Batman: Arkham Collection and that its included games and DLC match what you want.
- Edition expectations: Do not assume the collection is a remaster or includes modern upgrades.
- Series coverage: If you want Arkham Origins, this collection does not include it.
Why another “trilogy” listing does not confirm the $8 claim
The official PlayStation Store page for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is for a different collection, containing GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas. When checked on October 4, 2026, that page displayed $59.99; it does not corroborate an $8 Batman offer. See the PlayStation Store listing.
