Yes—Dino Crisis has a priced listing for PS4 and PS5 in the US, Canadian, and UK PlayStation Stores checked in 2026. The blanket claim that it is available on PS5 but cannot be bought does not match those listings. A public price is not a guarantee that checkout will work for every account, however.

The official pages identify the release for both PS4 and PS5. Their regional prices differ, so one storefront’s price should not be assumed to apply elsewhere.
What the PS5 version is
PlayStation Store describes this release as a conversion of the original PlayStation version for PS4 and PS5, not a new PS5 remake. The US listing says it includes up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters. It gives an October 15, 2024 release date and notes that some PS4 features may be absent on PS5. Buying it versus accessing it with PlayStation Plus
The US and UK listings also show PlayStation Plus Premium as an access option. Because those pages display a price as well, Premium is not presented as the only way to play in those storefronts. Store availability and subscription catalogs can vary by region and change over time; check the listing attached to your account for the options currently offered.
