No—not through an official, supported purchase or transfer. Samsung’s Galaxy S10 iKONIK promotion ended in 2019, Epic does not allow buying or selling Epic accounts, and Fortnite cosmetics cannot be manually transferred between accounts. Buying a used Galaxy S10 today is not a way to claim the outfit.
What was the Galaxy S10 iKONIK promotion?
Samsung announced that the iKONIK outfit and Scenario emote would be available starting March 8, 2019, to owners of Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e devices. Samsung said the outfit was inspired by iKON member Jung Chanwoo. Samsung’s March 4, 2019 announcement described the original promotion.
On September 25, 2019, Samsung announced a new Galaxy Fortnite promotion and said iKONIK and Scenario would be vaulted on September 26, 2019. That is the end date Samsung gave for the original offer. Samsung’s announcement does not make a Galaxy S10 purchased now an eligible redemption route.
Can you buy or sell an account with iKONIK?
Epic says buying, selling, or sharing an Epic account is not allowed. Its account guidance states that account buying, selling, or sharing is against its Terms of Service. The Terms of Service, section 2, say users cannot sell, give away, trade, or use someone else’s Epic Games account, even with that person’s permission.

A third-party listing may claim to offer an account or access to iKONIK, but Epic’s published rules do not support account sales or authenticate individual listings. Such a listing is not an official way to transfer the outfit to a new owner.
Can Epic transfer iKONIK to your account?
No. Epic says it is not possible to manually transfer a Fortnite item or cosmetic from one Epic account to another, and support cannot process requests to move cosmetics between accounts. See Epic’s item-transfer guidance. Buying an account or asking a seller to move the outfit therefore does not provide a supported route to put iKONIK on your own account.

That is access through the account that already has the cosmetic, not a transfer to a buyer’s separate account. Details are in Epic’s cross-platform purchases and progress guidance.
