Which platforms are in scope
SEGA identified Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PlayStation 5, and Steam as platforms for the closed test. Its announcement says the full game is also planned for Nintendo Switch 2. What to gather if a problem occurs after release
Once the retail game is available, useful troubleshooting starts by narrowing down the circumstances rather than applying an unverified fix. Record:
- Your platform and the game’s exact build or version.
- Your PC hardware and operating system, if you are playing on PC.
- Whether the failure happens at launch, during play, or after a particular action, plus any exact error text.
- Whether it occurs offline, online, or in both situations.
- For input problems, the controller model and whether it is connected by USB, Bluetooth, or another method.
Then check current SEGA and platform support guidance for that version and platform. Until retail-specific instructions are published, treat proposed fixes from test participants or general controller advice as unconfirmed rather than game-specific solutions.
