Sometimes—but “User Action Required” is only a dialog heading, not a diagnosis. The sentence or error code beneath it determines what to do: file-integrity problems, crashes, failed downloads and account-activation prompts need different responses.
First, identify the complete message
Before changing settings, copy or photograph the entire dialog, including the text after “User Action Required” and any error code. The heading alone does not reveal whether the problem concerns game files, a crash, an update or an account.
Match the next step to both the exact wording and the version you use—Steam or another launcher. A fix reported for one edition or situation may not apply to another.
If the message says files are corrupted or Steam integrity is required
For the Steam edition, one player reported resolving a file-integrity message by running the launcher’s integrity check and then checking for updates. This is an individual community workaround, not a confirmed official procedure or guaranteed fix. Read the Steam community report.

- Exclusive Top Customs design – crafted to closely resemble Tagilla’s in-game appearance with premium attention to detail
- Made from durable hard PVC, NOT 3D printed, using high-quality injection molding for a clean, professional finish
- Perfect for collection and display alongside your Tarkov gear or gaming setup!
- Ideal gift for your squadmates, friends, boyfriends/girlfriends
- A must-have for Tarkov fans. Whether you’re messing around in the hideout or building the ultimate 'Chad' loadout, this collectible hits hard.
If the message remains, use the relevant platform’s official help rather than assuming repeated checks will resolve it. The wording “Files are corrupted, integrity check through Steam is required” points to an installation-validation issue; it does not establish that every “User Action Required” dialog has the same cause.
If the game terminated with an error
A termination or crash message indicates a startup or runtime failure, but does not by itself prove the files are corrupt. Keep the full dialog and code, then use official support or reporting channels if the crash continues.

- Card's inspiration comes from Game, high similarity to the original.
- The cards is made of PVC.And all cards have a card holder to protect them.
- Excellent material and thickness.A great replica！
- Best choice for game fans, halloween cosplay prop and even cards collectors.
- Include:7pcs cards
Player reports include crashes that persisted after routine checks, so file verification or clearing a cache cannot be promised as a universal solution. A community report illustrates the limits of routine troubleshooting.
If a download or patch failed
Treat a failed download or patch as an update-path problem, not as evidence of an account-linking issue or runtime crash. Record the exact failure text and identify which launcher is downloading the game before following platform-specific help. The dialog heading alone is not enough to select a repair.

If the prompt appears during Steam activation or account linking
Proceed only if you are sure the intended account is selected. If the activation or linking flow loops, or continuing could attach the game to the wrong account, stop and contact official account support instead of repeatedly creating accounts.
A current official linking procedure is not established here, so do not rely on an assumed sequence of account steps.

Use security software cautiously
Do not disable antivirus or other security protections wholesale to address this dialog. If you suspect security software is interfering, consult its vendor’s guidance for a narrowly scoped launcher or game exception, and restore normal protection afterward.
