Usually, no. Roblox says purchases made with Robux or Paid Services are generally final and non-refundable, and it generally cannot refund items bought within an experience. A gamepass bought with Robux falls under that rule, so changing your mind or disliking the pass is not normally grounds for a refund.
When a Roblox gamepass refund is unlikely
Roblox’s Terms of Use say purchases of Robux or Paid Services are generally final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, subject to exceptions in the Terms and applicable law. Its in-experience purchase guidance likewise says refunds for items bought within an experience generally are not available.
That means an accidental purchase, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with a gamepass does not guarantee you can get the Robux back. Roblox advises checking an item’s description before buying. If the pass does not work as described, you can contact Roblox Support, but its guidance does not promise a refund.
If the gamepass did not work as described
Contact Roblox Support and explain what happened. Include your username, the item name and link, and a detailed description of the problem, as requested in Roblox’s in-experience purchase help article. Keep expectations realistic: reporting a problem is not a guarantee that Roblox will reverse the purchase.

If you did not authorize the charge
An unauthorized charge is different from regretting a purchase. Roblox says to contact Customer Support before disputing a charge made through a credit or debit card, PayPal, or Google Play. If the purchase was billed through Apple, Microsoft, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, or Amazon, request help through that provider’s support channel. Follow the provider-specific directions in Roblox’s unauthorized-charge instructions.
Report the charge promptly and provide the details requested by the relevant support team. Do not assume that a chargeback is the first step: Roblox specifically asks customers to contact it before disputing applicable card, PayPal, or Google Play charges.

Do not confuse a gamepass with Paid Access
Paid Access is a separate way to pay for access to an experience; it is not a general refund window for gamepasses. Roblox says that a user can request a refund within 48 hours of the first purchase when Paid Access was bought in local currency. By contrast, its Terms say Paid Access purchased with Robux is generally final and non-refundable, subject to stated exceptions and applicable law. See Roblox’s Paid Access refund guidance.
What a refund or dispute can mean for your account
Roblox says it may remove Robux associated with a refunded purchase. Its Robux refund and removal notice also warns that refund-system abuse or unauthorized purchases can lead to moderation actions, suspension, or account removal. Use the official support route for the purchase rather than treating a refund or payment dispute as consequence-free.
