The Psycho Bandit skin is not currently listed in Fortnite’s Item Shop, according to the shop page checked on October 8, 2026. Its much-discussed return after nearly five years happened in April 2025; a later Borderlands shop run in July 2026 has also ended. You can get the outfit only if Epic puts it back in the shop—there is no confirmed return date.
How to get Psycho Bandit in Fortnite
Check the Fortnite Item Shop in game or on the web. If Psycho Bandit returns, select the outfit or bundle and confirm its contents, displayed price, and removal time before buying. Epic says the removal date and time appear below the Purchase button on an item’s shop page.
- Open Fortnite’s Item Shop or visit the official web shop.
- Look for Psycho Bandit and open the listing if it appears.
- Check the displayed price, included cosmetics, and the date and time below the Purchase button.
- Purchase it in the shop before the listed offer expires.
Epic’s support guidance says the shop rotates and that Support cannot grant items or offers that are no longer available there. Epic does not publish a schedule or guarantee for Psycho Bandit’s next appearance.
When did Psycho Bandit last return?
The return after nearly five years was in April 2025, not a current offer. Beebom reported that the Psycho Bundle cost 2,000 V-Bucks and included the Psycho Bandit outfit, Claptrap Back Bling, and Psycho Buzz Axes; its reported offer ended May 3, 2025. Those are historical details, not a current price or deadline. Beebom’s April 2025 report and PC Gamer’s coverage describe that return.

iGeeksBlog later reported another Borderlands shop run ending July 16, 2026, at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET. That window has passed as well. The 2026 guide is useful as a record of that past run, not as an upcoming deadline.
Is Psycho Bandit rare, and can you buy it elsewhere?
PC Gamer reported that the skin had been absent for 1,794 days before its April 2025 return. That is a historical gap, not a current rarity ranking or a way to predict when it will return. The reviewed sources do not establish an authorized current code route, so avoid treating resale listings or account sales as a reliable way to obtain it.

Buying Borderlands 3 is not a current route to the Fortnite outfit. Beebom noted that the Epic Games Store promotion associated with the game had ended on December 31, 2020. A Fortnite Gift Card can add funds or content to an account, depending on territory and card terms, but it does not grant Psycho Bandit; the outfit must be available through the Item Shop to purchase.
