You can’t make a Fortnite skin naked using Fortnite’s documented customization options. The Locker lets you choose from styles Epic has made available for an outfit; Epic does not document a clothing-removal option, and says players cannot create their own outfits for use in Fortnite.
Can you remove clothes from a Fortnite skin?
No supported option is documented for removing an outfit’s clothing or turning it into a nude version. Epic’s instructions cover choosing from an outfit’s available styles, not editing its clothing yourself. The word “skin” is commonly used by players; Epic documentation calls a character’s overall appearance an “outfit.”
Epic’s support page states: “You cannot create your own outfit to use in Fortnite.” That means a custom image, skin editor, or downloaded outfit is not an official way to add a usable clothing-free character to the game.
How to change a Fortnite outfit’s available style
If you want a different appearance, check whether the outfit has selectable styles:

- Open the Locker from the matchmaking lobby menu, or use a Changing Booth in an experience that supports it.
- Find the outfit. Epic indicates that outfits with selectable styles have a divided-circle icon.
- Select the outfit and choose Edit Style.
- Choose one of the styles shown, then save and exit.
The available choices depend on the outfit. If there is no selectable style or no style that changes the clothing as you want, the documented Locker workflow offers no way to create another one.

Epic’s guidance does not support claims that a skin generator, mod, exploit, or third-party download can create a nude outfit usable in Fortnite. Epic says players cannot create their own outfits for use in the game, so treat promises of custom usable outfits cautiously and stick to the in-game options Epic provides.
