Not through the normal Campaign unlock. Activision says Endgame unlocks after you complete the first 11 Black Ops 7 Co-Op Campaign missions. The official guidance reviewed does not describe a skip, menu option, or other method that grants this Campaign unlock without completing those missions.
How to unlock Endgame through the Campaign
- Open Black Ops 7’s Co-Op Campaign.
- Complete the first 11 missions. Activision identifies these as the requirement to unlock Endgame in its November 10, 2025 Endgame briefing and COD 101 guide.
- Launch Endgame once it becomes available. It continues the Campaign in Avalon, where players explore, take on assignments, face more dangerous zones, build Combat Rating and skills, and try to exfil while preserving progress.
You can play the Co-Op Campaign solo or with a squad, according to the official Campaign overview. Activision’s Endgame briefing describes the mode as supporting 1–32 players, with squads of up to four.

Could limited-time free access let you bypass the missions?
Activision announced limited-time free-to-play Endgame access in its Season 03 patch notes and Season 03 Reloaded announcement. Those notices said players could access Endgame through the main Call of Duty menu and within Warzone and Black Ops 7.
That was a limited-time offer, and the announcements do not establish whether it is still active on October 8, 2026. Check a current Activision announcement or the in-game menu before relying on it. The offer is a separate access route; the reviewed official materials do not say it completes the Campaign missions or unlocks Campaign progression.

What you gain by playing Endgame
Endgame is a replayable mode, not simply a one-time Campaign scene. Activision says Endgame activity supports ongoing player progression and weapon leveling; the Campaign overview also identifies Global XP, Weapon progression, and Battle Pass progression among Campaign benefits. See the Campaign overview and the Endgame briefing for the official descriptions.
If you own Black Ops 7, completing the first 11 Co-Op Campaign missions is the documented route to its Endgame unlock. Activision’s Black Ops 7 store page lists the game and Co-Op Campaign. If you do not own it, do not assume a purchase is necessary for a free-to-play offer: whether such access is currently available, and what it requires, must be confirmed in a current official notice or in-game.
