A milk bottle appears in community suggestion posts, but those proposals do not show that the feature is implemented.

Find a cow or mooshroom and use the empty bucket on it to collect a milk bucket. Minecraft’s Taking Inventory: Milk Bucket describes this method; the Taking Inventory: Bucket article also covers milking cows.
The official Minecraft mooshroom guide confirms that a bucket collects milk from a mooshroom. Using a bowl on one gives mushroom stew instead.

Are milk bottles an official feature?
The official Minecraft documentation cited here describes collecting milk in a bucket, not a bottle. Milk-bottle mechanics in one Minecraft Feedback post and another community suggestion are proposals, not confirmation of a feature in the game.
