A native PC release is an official edition made and released for PC. It is different from an unofficial project attempting to run PlayStation software on a computer, and different again from an individual player saying a particular setup is “playable.” The latter two do not turn the game into an official PC port.

A physical PS4 game requires a PS5 with a disc drive, and the disc must remain inserted during play; a PS5 Digital Edition cannot use PS4 discs. Does Bloodborne run on PC without an emulator?
The official sources cited here do not identify a native PC version or an officially supported way to run the game on PC without emulation. Community experiments may use different technical approaches and labels, but the contested “without emulation” description is not proof of an official port or a dependable configuration.

Why do release dates differ in Sony materials?
PlayStation’s U.S. store page gives March 24, 2015. Sony Group Corporation’s FY25.4Q Supplemental Information records a U.S. release date of March 26, 2015, for its historical PS4 table. Keep each date with its source rather than treating the entries as interchangeable. The same Sony table reports 1.0 million cumulative sell-through units as of April 5, 2015, 11 days after the release date shown in that table; this is historical, not a current sales total.
What should you choose?
If you want the documented PlayStation route, the product is the PS4 edition. It can be played on PS4 or on a compatible PS5 under Sony’s backward-compatibility conditions.
