No—not through normal Minecraft enchanting. Infinity is compatible with bows, not crossbows, so you should not expect to add it to a crossbow with an enchanting table or a routine anvil combination. Java Edition has a narrow custom-data exception, but it is not a standard survival feature.
Why Infinity does not normally work on a crossbow
Microsoft’s Bedrock enchantment reference describes Infinity as preventing normal arrows from being consumed when fired and lists the bow as its compatible item. It does not list the crossbow. In ordinary gameplay, that means Infinity is not a crossbow enchantment: you cannot apply it through the usual enchanting-table route or a routine anvil combination.

What enchantments can you use on a crossbow?
For a regular crossbow, the relevant options include Quick Charge, Multishot, and Piercing. Choose based on the effect you want:
- Quick Charge reduces the time needed to reload.
- Multishot fires multiple projectiles.
- Piercing lets arrows pass through targets.
Multishot and Piercing cannot be combined on a standard crossbow. Minecraft’s crossbow introduction describes the crossbow’s unique enchantments, including that incompatibility; the current crossbow enchantment reference also lists Quick Charge among its options.

The Java Edition custom-data exception
Java Edition 1.20.5 release notes document a special case: projectile-weapon enchantments such as Infinity can work on an alternative weapon when applied through data manipulation or a change to the relevant enchantable/* tags. This is a custom configuration, not ordinary enchanting-table compatibility. It should not be treated as a standard survival option or assumed to work the same way in Bedrock, modded servers, or other versions. See the Java Edition 1.20.5 release notes for the version-specific details.
