FiveM: load water through a server resource
FiveM uses a different route. Cfx.re community instructions describe loading a customized water file through a server resource, and a separate resource release exposes custom-water settings. What to expect after removing or changing water
Water removal does not guarantee a uniformly dry, fully playable map. A separate Cfx.re resource release says that its particular empty-map resource does not work with Rockstar Editor. That limitation applies to that resource; it should not be assumed to describe every water mod.
