THRONE AND LIBERTY’s Recovery Policy lists an accidentally deleted character at level 1 or higher as eligible for one recovery request for that character. You must submit the request through the official support site within seven days of the loss, and support must be able to verify the deletion in archived game records.
If you deleted the Amazon Games iD (AGiD) itself, the answer changes: the policy expressly excludes character or account progress lost because an AGiD was deleted. Character deletion and AGiD deletion are separate cases, so identify which one occurred before contacting support.

First determine what was deleted
The phrase “account deletion” can describe two very different actions. The recovery rules depend on whether you removed one in-game character or deleted the Amazon Games iD that held your game progress.

Do not describe an AGiD deletion as an accidental character deletion. Support uses archived records to determine what changed, and an inaccurate description can send the case into the wrong policy category.

When an accidentally deleted character may be recoverable
The level threshold
The eligible case named in the policy is an accidentally deleted character at level 1 or higher. A character that never reached level 1 is not covered by that specific eligibility wording. The policy allows one recovery per character, so a previous restoration of the same character matters even if the new deletion was accidental.
Verification is required
Eligibility does not mean automatic restoration. Support must be able to verify the loss through in-game records and have archived data from which to reconstruct the character. The policy says records that were not archived cannot be recovered. Include enough precise information for support to locate the correct record rather than assuming that a character name alone proves ownership.
Other conditions can still prevent restoration
The policy describes restoration attempts for progress lost or changed because of company-attributable causes or technical errors, provided the loss is verifiable and restoration would not disrupt game balance. It also lists accidental character deletion as an eligible use. Those conditions operate together: an eligible-looking deletion can still be declined if the records cannot confirm it or if another policy restriction applies.

Deadlines: seven days is the request deadline
The Recovery Policy states: “Players wishing to recover their account/character game progress or items must submit a recovery request through this support site within 7 days from the date of the loss or change.” Treat that as the operative deadline. Submit the request as soon as you discover the deletion, even if you are still gathering screenshots or other details.
The same policy contains a separate disclaimer saying recovery is generally possible when fewer than 15 days have passed because verification can become difficult later. That is a feasibility observation, not an extension of the seven-day submission window. Waiting until day 15 risks missing the stated deadline.
Processing time varies with issue complexity and support volume. The policy does not promise an immediate decision or publish a recovery success rate. A request can remain under review after it is submitted, so keep the case number and respond to any follow-up questions from the same account.

How to submit a recovery request
- Sign in with the affected account. Use the account associated with the character. The policy requires the request to come from the account holder.
- Open THRONE AND LIBERTY support and use the support-site chat. The Contacting Support guide directs players to that channel for account and character problems.
- Classify the event accurately. State whether you deleted a character, deleted an Amazon Games iD, lost access, or are seeing the wrong linked account. These are not interchangeable cases.
- Provide the character name and server. Include the exact spelling and the server on which the character existed. If the name used special characters, reproduce them as accurately as possible.
- Give the loss date and a clear sequence of events. Explain what you clicked or changed, when you noticed the character was gone, and whether you saw an error message. Use a time zone when the date could be ambiguous.
- List troubleshooting already attempted. Tell support whether you restarted the game, signed out and back in, checked another platform login, or performed any other step. This prevents the agent from repeating checks that have already been completed.
- Submit before seven days have elapsed. Do not wait for perfect documentation. You can explain that additional evidence is available, but the initial request must arrive inside the policy window.
- Monitor the case. Keep the confirmation details and answer requests from support. Processing time is not fixed, and a delayed reply from support is different from delaying your initial submission.
Information that helps support identify the right record
The support guide asks for the character name and server and for clear details about what happened. A concise, chronological report is more useful than a long narrative. Include:
- The character’s exact name and server.
- When you last saw the character and when you discovered the deletion.
- The action that preceded the loss, including any confirmation screen or error text.
- The account used to sign in and, if relevant, the platform account used to play.
- Whether the Amazon Games iD was still active or was deleted.
- Any troubleshooting steps already tried and what result each produced.
- Evidence you already possess, such as an error message or an in-game record, without altering it.
Stay factual. Do not claim a server rollback, a purchase, or a prior restoration unless it actually occurred. Support makes the decision from account records and policy conditions, not from a requested outcome.
What happens if the Amazon Games iD was deleted
Deleting the AGiD is not the same as deleting a character from the game’s character-selection screen. The current Recovery Policy specifically excludes progress lost because an Amazon Games iD was deleted from recovery or compensation. That exclusion applies even if the character itself was not intentionally removed.

Contact official support anyway so the account-specific situation can be recorded and explained. Describe the AGiD deletion plainly and do not present it as a level 1 or higher character deletion. Support may also direct you to the Amazon Games data-request process. For requests concerning data associated with an AGiD, the game’s data guidance points signed-in users to id.amazongames.com. That route concerns account data and privacy requests; it is separate from the character-recovery procedure.
If the game account is linked to Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation Network
THRONE AND LIBERTY’s account-linking guidance says linking an Amazon Games iD with a Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation Network account can help support locate the correct account and assist with an issue. Linking does not override the recovery rules, but it can reduce account-identification confusion.
When you contact support, state which platform you used and whether it was linked to the affected AGiD. If the game opens to an empty character list, first verify that you signed in with the same platform and AGiD combination used before. Tell support about any mismatch rather than creating a new account and assuming the original data was erased.

Reasons a request can be denied
The policy identifies several limits and exclusions. A request may fail when:
- It is submitted after the seven-day request window.
- The character was below level 1, or the one-per-character recovery has already been used.
- Archived records needed to verify the loss do not exist.
- The progress was lost because the Amazon Games iD was deleted.
- The case involves account theft, an unauthorized activity, a device change or reset, or player negligence, which the policy lists among excluded causes.
- Restoration would disrupt game balance.
- The available records do not match the account, character, server, or event described in the request.
The policy says recovery decisions are final. It also says individual outcomes depend on the records available and the nature of the issue, so support cannot promise that every request meeting one listed condition will be restored.
A practical decision check before you contact support
Use this quick sequence to avoid sending the wrong type of request:
- Was only one in-game character removed? If yes, continue as an accidental character-deletion case. If no, identify whether the AGiD or access credentials changed.
- Was the character level 1 or higher? If not, the specific eligible category in the policy does not apply.
- Has this character already been recovered once? The policy allows one recovery per character.
- Can you submit within seven days of the loss or change? If the answer is no, submit immediately anyway and explain the timing; do not treat the 15-day language as a guaranteed grace period.
- Can support identify the account and server? Gather the exact character name, server, platform, and event details before opening chat.
- Was the AGiD deleted? If yes, use that description and understand that the Recovery Policy lists the resulting progress loss as ineligible.
What the policy does—and does not—promise
The policy provides a defined route for a narrow accidental-deletion scenario: a level 1 or higher character, one recovery for that character, a request from the account holder, submission within seven days, and records that allow verification. It does not promise restoration, specify a fixed processing time, or publish a percentage chance of success.
Because the policy can change and decisions depend on account records, read the live Recovery Policy and Contacting Support instructions when you submit. Use the official support channel rather than an outside recovery service; the published process directs players to the game’s own support site.
