Its official minimum options are the Nvidia RTX 2060, AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB, and Intel Arc A380. That puts the GTX 1060 below EA’s published minimum specification; the requirements page does not, by itself, establish whether the game will launch or how it will perform on every GTX 1060 system.
EA’s official Battlefield REDSEC PC requirements
EA publishes separate minimum and recommended specifications. The listed graphics cards are alternatives within each tier; EA does not say that those alternatives produce equal frame rates. These are requirements, not comparative performance tests.

What the GTX 1060 comparison does—and doesn’t—tell you
The GTX 1060 is not one of EA’s named minimum options. So if you are checking your PC against the published list, it does not meet EA’s stated minimum GPU requirement. That is the answer to the specification question, not a guarantee that the game will fail to run.

EA’s requirements page supplies no GTX 1060 frame rates and no direct testing against the listed cards. It also does not establish how a particular GTX 1060 system will fare; the rest of the PC and its configuration matter. There is no supported basis here for promising a playable frame rate or recommending specific graphics settings.
Check the rest of your PC before troubleshooting
Even a PC with a listed GPU needs to be checked against the other requirements. In particular, EA specifies 16 GB of memory, a supported processor and operating system, DX12, an online connection, and several security capabilities. A graphics card alone cannot establish whether the full system meets the minimum tier.
