Not with GTA 5’s built-in cheats. The phone and keyboard codes can summon a short, fixed list of aircraft and the Kraken submarine, but they do not include a jumbo-jet command. Scenes showing airliners, boats or other unusual vehicles appearing in a packed road junction are almost certainly using a PC trainer or traffic script that changes the game’s normal spawn rules.
What the standard GTA 5 cheats can spawn
Rockstar’s normal cheat system uses predefined vehicle entries and the game’s ordinary spawn logic. On PC, you enter a word through the cheat console; on supported versions, you can also dial the listed phone number. The documented aircraft and water-vehicle examples are:

PC Gamer’s July 1, 2026 cheat guide warns that aircraft and other large vehicles need plenty of room: if the game cannot find a valid placement, the code simply fails. That restriction is why a helicopter or seaplane may work in an open area while refusing to appear in a dense intersection.

More vehicle types
Cheats expose a fixed catalogue. A trainer or script can request vehicles that are not available through the cheat menu, including online-only entries or large aircraft. That makes an airliner-style scene possible in single-player, provided the installed tool can access the model.

Custom spawn coordinates
Normal cheats ask GTA V to find a sensible nearby position. Traffic scripts can instead define a user-created point, force a vehicle at the player’s current location, or repeatedly populate a chosen area. A crowded junction is therefore evidence of altered spawn control, not a hidden phone number.
Boats on roads are deliberately problematic
LibertyCity’s New DLC Traffic v1.0 listing says it adds online vehicles to single-player traffic and requires the latest Simple Trainer so a spawned vehicle does not vanish after three seconds. The listing specifically cautions against adding boats, jet skis, yachts or airplanes to road traffic because those vehicles are not designed to drive on roads. A spectacular screenshot can therefore conceal unusable handling, immediate despawning or collisions rather than a stable new game mode.

New DLC Traffic v1.0
The LibertyCity listing describes a script for inserting additional vehicles into single-player traffic. It records 1,383 downloads on that page in 2021. Its warning about aircraft and boats is important: selecting a model does not make the road network suitable for it.

Simple Traffic Creator 1.9
GTA5-Mods.com lists Simple Traffic Creator 1.9 as dated March 17, 2026. Its description says users can create customizable vehicle, pedestrian and boat traffic at points they choose, including locations on mod maps. The page showed 3,447 downloads and 77 likes when indexed; those are page counters, not independent performance or reliability tests.

How to reproduce the effect safely in single-player
- Use the PC version. The cited traffic tools are PC downloads. Console versions do not provide the same ScriptHook-and-trainer mod path.
- Back up a clean single-player installation. Keep modded files separate from an unmodified game so an update or failed script can be removed without losing saves.
- Install the framework and trainer required by the specific script. New DLC Traffic’s listing names the latest Simple Trainer as a dependency; other scripts may require compatible ScriptHook components. Match versions rather than assuming any trainer will work.
- Create a test point away from pedestrians and traffic first. Spawn a normal car, then a boat or aircraft, and confirm that the script keeps the vehicle loaded instead of removing it after a few seconds.
- Move the point to an intersection only after the basic test works. Expect invalid placement, stuck vehicles, physics glitches and immediate despawns when a large model has no clear ground or airspace.
- Stay in single-player. The modding overview associated with these tools describes downloadable changes to game behavior and notes that Rockstar does not endorse modding. Do not treat a single-player traffic experiment as a feature for GTA Online.
What the crowded scene does—and does not—prove
- It can show that a script has access to extra vehicle models and user-defined spawn locations.
- It does not prove that GTA V has a built-in jumbo-jet cheat.
- It does not establish that boats or planes will drive correctly on roads.
- It does not provide evidence of a general performance improvement, since no authoritative testing establishes how often these combinations work or how they affect frame rate.
The practical distinction is simple: use the built-in codes for the Buzzard, Dodo, Duster, Mallard and Kraken when you want predictable, supported cheat behavior; use a PC traffic script or trainer when you want unusual vehicles and deliberately chaotic spawn locations, accepting that the game’s placement and handling rules may break.
