No official current way to get Illidan Genji is established. Blizzard offered the Overwatch skin through the 2019 BlizzCon Virtual Ticket, then announced that February 6, 2020, was the last day to buy the ticket and that its commemorative items would be “gone for good.” A future return would require a new Blizzard announcement; none is established here.
How Illidan Genji was originally available
Illidan Genji was a digital Overwatch cosmetic included with the 2019 BlizzCon Virtual Ticket, not a physical item. In its October 1, 2019 announcement, Blizzard named Illidan Genji and Tyrande Symmetra as Warcraft-themed legendary Overwatch skins and said they were available in-game before BlizzCon. The ticket’s listed price of $49.99 was its historical 2019 price, not a current offer. Blizzard’s 2019 Virtual Ticket announcement
Why the original offer is no longer current
On February 6, 2020, Blizzard described that day as the final opportunity to buy the 2019 ticket. Its notice specifically said the commemorative items, including Illidan Genji, would be “gone for good.” That is the clearest official statement about the end of the promotion. This does not prove Blizzard could never bring the skin back through a new offer. It does mean the old ticket promotion has ended, and a return should not be treated as available unless Blizzard announces one.

Illidan Genji is not Oni Genji
These are separate Genji skins from different promotions. Illidan Genji came with the 2019 BlizzCon Virtual Ticket. Oni Genji was a reward in the time-limited Heroes of the Storm Nexus Challenge, which required completing 15 Heroes of the Storm games with a friend during the event window. That challenge did not unlock Illidan Genji. Blizzard’s Nexus Challenge announcement

Community resale claims do not verify that a code is legitimate, unused, or redeemable now. The available evidence does not establish old tickets, resale codes, or account purchases as a reliable or official way to obtain the skin. Be wary of anyone promising that a code or account transfer will work; only rely on a new offer or confirmation from Blizzard.
