You can’t access the EA FC 24 Web App as a currently supported service. EA’s published app instructions moved to later games: its FC 26 guidance says the apps became available only for FC 26 on September 17, 2025, and its current Transfer Market guide covers FC 27. EA’s reviewed guidance does not offer a way to reopen the FC 24 Web App.
Why the FC 24 Web App is no longer available
EA’s app lifecycle guidance says the FC 25 Web App went offline on September 12, 2025, and the FC 26 Web App came online on September 17, 2025. From that date, the Web and Companion Apps were only available for FC 26. EA’s current instructions now concern FC 27, rather than FC 24. EA’s Web and Companion App guidance

Those dates describe the transition between supported app versions; they do not provide a route back into the FC 24 service. Likewise, EA’s current FC 27 returning-player criteria mention prior FC 24 Transfer Market access only as part of eligibility for FC 27—not as a way to use the FC 24 Web App.
What to use instead
If you want to manage Ultimate Team for a currently supported title, EA offers two access options. Both require the EA Account linked to the game you want to use.

EA’s app guide links to account lookup and help for a lost email address or password if you are unsure which account is connected.
App sign-in and Transfer Market access are different
Being able to sign in to a current Web or Companion App does not necessarily mean its Transfer Market is available. EA says Transfer Market access depends on account eligibility or earning access through Ultimate Team play. Its current guidance applies to FC 27 and should not be read as an FC 24 app-access method. FC 27 returning-player eligibility
EA’s current guide says returning players may qualify for FC 27 if their EA Account is in good standing and they had previously earned Transfer Market access before the cutoff for a relevant earlier title. The FC 24 cutoff is before August 1, 2024. EA lists September 16, 2026, for eligible returning players’ Web App access and September 17, 2026, for Companion App access. These are FC 27 eligibility and availability dates, not dates for FC 24.
Earning FC 27 Transfer Market access
If you do not qualify as a returning player, EA says access depends on account standing and rule history, how many Ultimate Team accounts have been used on the same device, and active days played. EA defines an active day as three full Ultimate Team matches plus a Web or Companion App login within the same UTC calendar day, per Ultimate Team account.

- EA gives two active days as a typical example for an account in good standing when no other Ultimate Team account has been created or used on the device.
- EA gives at least four active days as a typical example when other Ultimate Team accounts have been used on the device. More accounts can mean a longer wait.
- Playing more than three matches in a day does not speed up the process. EA does not guarantee a specific unlock time for an individual account.
EA says an in-game message will notify you when access is unlocked; you can also check the Web or Companion App. Support advisers cannot grant access or tell you exactly when it will arrive.

EA says a Web or Companion App block notice concerns Transfer Market access. One restriction can block access to the current title’s Web and Companion Transfer Market while leaving that title’s in-game Transfer Market available. EA says it sends more information to the email address associated with the EA Account. If you believe the restriction is mistaken, follow EA’s ban appeal instructions.
