Rockstar does not publish a Deluxo sale count that guarantees you will avoid a ban. Its guidance says vehicles obtained through glitches or exploits cannot be sold, and that exploiting or abusing online game mechanics can lead to a temporary suspension or permanent ban. No particular count, cooldown, or selling cadence is established as safe.
What Rockstar’s rules say about selling vehicles
Rockstar’s vehicle-sale guidance says players can sell Personal Vehicles, certain qualifying NPC vehicles valued under $50,000, and vehicles bought from specified in-game sites, subject to the listed conditions. It also says vehicles obtained through glitches or exploits cannot be sold. Rockstar’s separate guidance on modifying and selling vehicles likewise says exploit- or glitch-derived vehicles cannot be modified or sold.

That rule addresses how a vehicle was obtained, not a published number of legitimate Deluxos that can be sold. Rockstar’s account suspension and ban guidance says violations of its Terms of Service can result in temporary suspension or a permanent ban. Examples include exploiting or abusing online game mechanics. Depending on the violation, characters may be reset; continued violations after a temporary suspension may lead to a permanent ban for the title.
Is there a safe sale limit or cooldown?
The official guidance located does not state a current Deluxo sale cap, cooldown, enforcement formula, or safe cadence. Advice such as “one per day” or “two per two hours” should not be treated as a Rockstar guarantee. A count or spacing rule cannot promise protection from enforcement if the vehicles came from an exploit or other conduct violates the rules.

Rockstar has corrected vehicle-sale and duplication exploits in past updates, as its update notes illustrate. That history is a reason to avoid exploit-based methods, but it does not establish a current numeric threshold.

A community report described vehicle resale price adjustments and a seven-day reset period in May 2026. That is not official policy and does not prove how many Deluxos can be sold without account action. Rockstar’s Newswire listing confirms a GTA Online post dated May 14, 2026, but the listing alone does not substantiate the report’s detailed mechanics.

A price adjustment or reset period is not automatically a ban-safe sale limit. Unless Rockstar publishes a count or reliable current evidence establishes one, claims about a weekly reset or a particular number of sales remain unverified.
