No. In vanilla Minecraft, you cannot take an enchantment off an already enchanted item and transfer it to another. A grindstone removes non-curse enchantments rather than saving them in a book. To enchant another item, use an enchanted book with an anvil or obtain the enchantment again.
What a grindstone does to enchantments
Put an enchanted item in a grindstone and collect the result to remove its non-curse enchantments. The enchantments are not preserved as books or otherwise made reusable; the grindstone returns some experience for each enchantment removed. Mojang described this mechanic in its Village & Pillage release article, published April 23, 2019.

The documented removal applies to non-curse enchantments. Do not expect a grindstone to clear a curse.
How to put an enchantment on another item
If you have an enchanted book with an enchantment compatible with your target item, use an anvil to apply it. The anvil can also combine an item with another identical item that has a different enchantment. These are ways to add or combine enchantments—not to extract one from gear. Microsoft’s Bedrock stable anvil documentation describes these operations.

If you do not have the needed book, you will need to obtain that enchantment separately through an appropriate in-game source. Which sources are available depends on the edition and version you are playing.
